These Terms govern your use of Everther Studio's website and services. By engaging with us — whether through our website, email, or any project agreement — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Everther Studio provides the following services:

Web Development · Shopify Development · Framer Development · Kajabi Marketing & Development · Email Automation · Google Ads · Meta Ads · TikTok Ads & Shop · LinkedIn Ads · Media Buying · SEO / SEM · UI/UX Design (Figma) · AI & Automation Solutions

All project scopes, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are confirmed in writing before work begins. Verbal agreements are not binding.

Every project requires a signed agreement or written confirmation via email before we begin. This agreement will specify:

• Scope of work
• Timeline and milestones
• Payment terms
• Revision policy

Any work outside the agreed scope is subject to a separate quote and written approval.

• All prices are quoted in USD unless agreed otherwise
• A deposit is required before project commencement (amount specified per project)
• Remaining balance is due on or before final delivery
• Monthly retainers are billed at the start of each cycle
• Late payments beyond 7 days may result in work being paused

We do not begin work without confirmed payment or deposit.

Revisions are limited to the number specified in your project agreement. Requests beyond that scope are billed at our standard hourly rate. Revisions must be submitted within 14 days of delivery — after which the project is considered complete.

• Before work begins — full refund minus any third-party fees already incurred
• In progress — partial refund based on completed work; a written breakdown will be shared
• Completed projects — no refunds once final delivery is made

To cancel, email hello@everther.com with your project name or invoice number. We respond within 1 business day.

Third-party costs — including domain registrations, hosting, platform licences, ad spend, and tool subscriptions — are non-refundable under any circumstances.

To deliver on time, we need from you:

• Timely feedback within agreed review windows
• Access to required platforms, accounts, and assets
• Accurate briefs and complete information upfront

Delays caused by late client responses may affect timelines. We are not liable for deadline overruns caused by client-side delays.

Upon full payment, all custom work and deliverables produced for your project are transferred to you. Until payment is received in full, Everther Studio retains full ownership of all work.

We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing before project completion.

We treat all client information, business data, and project details as strictly confidential. We do not disclose client information to third parties without written consent, except where legally required.

Everther Studio is not liable for:

• Loss of revenue, profit, or data arising from service use
• Third-party platform changes, outages, or policy updates (Google, Meta, Shopify, etc.)
• Results from ad campaigns — performance depends on market conditions, budgets, and platform algorithms

Our total liability in any dispute is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

These terms are governed by applicable international commercial law. Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through direct negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes will proceed to binding arbitration.

We may update these terms as our services evolve. Updates are posted on this page with a revised date. Continued engagement with our services after updates constitutes acceptance.
