An interior design brand came in with an email presence that didn't reflect the quality of their work. Emails looked inconsistent, layouts weren't structured, and nothing matched their brand identity. Their team was also rebuilding templates from scratch every campaign — wasting time and producing uneven results.

The starting point was understanding their brand guidelines — colour palette, typography, tone, and visual hierarchy. Every template decision was made against those guidelines, not around what looked generic or easy.

Redesigned their complete email template set inside ActiveCampaign. Layouts were rebuilt to be clean, scannable, and conversion-focused — with clear hierarchy so readers move from subject line to CTA without friction. Every template was tested across mobile and desktop to ensure rendering consistency regardless of device or client.

The bigger structural problem was reusability. Their team couldn't sustain a design-from-scratch approach every time a campaign went out. Delivered a modular template system — reusable blocks for headers, content sections, CTAs, and footers. Their team now launches campaigns faster without touching design at all.

Campaign flows were configured to match their subscriber communication cadence. Basic automation sequences were set up to keep messaging consistent — welcome flows, follow-up triggers, and campaign scheduling structured so nothing goes out off-brand or off-schedule.

The result was a cleaner, faster, and more consistent email operation. Templates that look like the brand, flows that run without manual intervention each time, and a system their internal team can actually maintain without a designer on every send.
